A custom reporting site is also called a white-labeled site. It is a version of MakeMyTestCount with your company’s branding, where users can report results only from your tests.

Someone from your team will need to provide the following information and assets so our team can create your site. These do not need to be available during your introductory call but will be needed to complete the process.

By clicking a button on your website.
By scanning a QR code on your test’s instructions for use.
By clicking on a hyperlink in text on your website.
If users will be coming to your white-labeled site from another website, what is the URL of that site?
Do you want your reporting site to be branded with your logo, or would you prefer that it be branded MakeMyTestCount? If you would like to use your own logo, our team will need a high-resolution JPG of the logo you wish to use. We will also need the URL of the page your logo should link to.
Do you want to provide your own instructions telling users what to do after they test positive or negative? At the end of the reporting process, MakeMyTestCount.org provides instructions that conform to the most recent CDC guidelines. You can choose to use those instructions or to provide your own content.
Do you want to provide your own links to additional information on COVID-19 and flu? At the end of the reporting process, MakeMyTestCount.org provides links to additional information for users. You can choose to include those links or provide others.
If your test does not yet have emergency use authorization or full FDA market approval, when do you anticipate receiving FDA approval?
If your test is on the market, the process usually takes two to three weeks.
If your test is not yet on the market, we can reserve a URL for you immediately. We will then work with you so that your custom reporting page goes live when your test arrives on the market.
Yes! Our team will need to know when you expect to receive that approval, so that your site can go live as soon as your test is on the market.
